Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://greekrestaurantchicago.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, ELA MODERN GREEK TAVERNA markets and arranges Chicken Rice Bowls, Coffee, Frozen Greek Yogurt, Greek Salad Bowls, Gyros, Mediterranean Food. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to ELA MODERN GREEK TAVERNA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. ELA MODERN GREEK TAVERNA may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. ELA MODERN GREEK TAVERNA does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of ELA MODERN GREEK TAVERNA arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold ELA MODERN GREEK TAVERNA harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IL.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
